An explosive 30 min class designed to tone and chisel the whole body. Using light and or heavy weight fused with endurance speed and power and balance drills this class will challenge the beginner to the elite athlete. All levels accommodated. By combining HIIT training and strength training at once we get an effecinent total body empowerment.
